What this service covers
Most website break-ins come through an add-on with a known flaw that was fixed months earlier. Each month we apply updates to the core, themes and extensions on your open-source site platform, trying them on a staging copy first, compare key pages visually to catch layout changes, and only then apply the updates live. Backups are stored off-site every day and a restore is tested monthly. If your site is ever infected with malware, the cleanup is covered by the plan.

Minor edits are usually covered. New pages and design work are quoted separately, which keeps the monthly plan predictable.
Cleaning it up is part of onboarding and costs nothing extra; we then put monitoring in place to stop it happening again.
We can look after your current hosting or advise on moving. Since we earn nothing from reselling hosting, our advice stays independent.
