Services and scope
A service is a defined piece of IT work, such as a website build, a delivery pipeline or a security test, sold with its deliverables, timeline and price on its own page. You pay once. There is no retainer or minimum term unless the service page says so.
Each service page lists the deliverables, the stages of the work, the timeline, who it suits and what we need from you. If something is not on that list, treat it as not included and ask us before you buy.
Tell us what you need before checkout. We will confirm whether it fits the published scope, point you to a better match, or explain what extra work would be involved.
Each extra unit repeats the same scope, for example a second environment or another batch of work. It does not stretch one service beyond what its page describes.
The Expert Desk offers small written answers from ₹100, or you can describe the problem and we will suggest a starting point.
Pricing and payment
Yes. Every price on the site already includes GST, and the amount on the service page is the amount you pay at checkout.
Checkout opens a secure UPI payment page from our payment gateway, so you can pay from the UPI app you normally use. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank login.
A published price for a defined scope lets you compare options and get approval without waiting for a proposal. Every customer pays the same price for the same service.
Confirmations from the gateway can take a little while. If the status does not change, contact us with the order number and the UPI transaction reference and we will reconcile it.
Accounts and checkout
No. You can check out as a guest with your contact and billing details. An account keeps all your orders in one dashboard and lets you send briefs from there.
Yes. Add each one to your selection and check out once. Each service is still planned and delivered to its own scope.
Use the password reset page. We email a link to the address on your account so you can choose a new password.
Briefs, tracking and delivery
You receive an order confirmation, and signed-in customers see the order in their dashboard. From the order page you send a brief with your goals, constraints and access details so the work can be planned.
Sign in, open the order in your dashboard and fill in the brief. It is saved against that order so the person doing the work has the full picture.
Signed-in customers can follow progress in the dashboard. Anyone can use the order tracking page with the order number and the email used at checkout.
Remotely. Nothing is shipped. Work is delivered into repositories, cloud accounts and tools you control, with the handover material listed on the service page. The delivery and handover policy has the full terms.
Each service page states its timeline. The delivery policy explains when that clock starts and what can pause it, such as waiting for access or information.
Cancellations and refunds
Yes. What is refunded depends on how far the work has gone when you cancel. The refunds and cancellation policy sets out each stage.
Contact us with your order number and the reason. The refund policy explains how requests are assessed and how long each step takes.
Back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears also depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Security, data and support
Ownership of deliverables is covered in our Terms of Service. Wherever possible, repositories, cloud accounts and licences are created under your own organisation.
We ask only for the access a service needs, and recommend granting it through your own accounts and single sign-on where possible so you can review or remove it at any time.
We use the details you give us to process orders, deliver services and reply to enquiries. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
Contact us first so we can try to put it right. If you are still not satisfied, the grievance redressal page gives the Grievance Officer’s details and the process.
