What this service covers
A handful of well-chosen participants will reveal most serious usability issues. We recruit five people who match your audience, give them realistic tasks on the live product and watch without stepping in. Each 45-minute session captures screen and audio. Issues are ordered by the number of participants who hit them and how severely they were held up, and each comes with a video clip. We report task-by-task completion and success rates, name the fix for every problem, and walk your product and design team through the results. Footage settles arguments about a confusing screen far quicker than opinion.
